About

LEVEL 42 Construction was founded in 2012 by two long time business associates. Fadi Angoorly and Matt Russell met in 2005 and collaborated on the construction of two high end multimillion dollar custom homes. After years of cross collaboration, the two parties joined forces and created “LEVEL 42”.

Since then, the company flourished. A commercial division was created with a focus on designing and building specialty medical outpatient surgery clinics and MRI Centers. The residential division continues to grow, specializing in the designing and building of high end homes, hillside properties, additions and remodels.

Our philosophy is based on working very closely with our clients. From foundation to finish each detail of design and construction is meticulously scrutinized and delivered to our clients. We strive to establish a long term relationship based on trust and understanding.
